Before beginning my very own self-improvement journey, studying how to glow up, and discovering how to stage up in existence and life-style - I regularly felt uninspired. I frequently felt unorganized, lazy, unmotivated, and missing of my quintessential female essence. I frequently felt I was once simply turning my wheels in a rut and now not getting the place I dreamed of going in life. This caused feeling anxious and always feeling discouraged. 

I grew to be fed up. And after a good deal studying many brilliant private improvement books and a good deal self-reflection, I determined to take personal development into my personal hands. Starting with my habits.
